Where do we ship to?

We ship to most states in the United States.

Shipping Time

There is a 24-48 hour processing time for all orders. However, we strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible.

We only process orders from MONDAY – FRIDAY. We do not process orders on Saturday and Sunday, and Major U.S holidays.

Our daily shipping cutoff time is 12:00 PM PST. If you receive a tracking number after our cutoff time, then your order was prepared, but may not have left our facility. Therefore, we ask for your patience and wait for 24-48 hours for further tracking updates.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:

Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until there is confirmation of the returned package back to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.

Return to Sender

If a package is returned to us because of undeliverable address such as incorrect or incomplete address, we are not obligated to issue a refund or send replacement goods at our expense. If goods are returned to us back at our facility, a refund will be offered less the postal expense.

Lost & Undelivered Packages

Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Puffholic Vape, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the third-party carrier in use. Puffholic Vape strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update.

Puffholic Vape will not be responsible for packages shown as Delivered when it is shipped to third-party shipping carriers. Any issues that arise with such shipments that are marked delivered must be resolved by the customer with the third-party shipping company.

Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order.
