Returns & Exchanges
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you received the wrong item you can request a return and a reshipment (the items must be unopened and unused).
We do not issue the refund if:
- For sanitary and safety purposes, disposable vape items are NON RETURNABLE if opened or used.
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. covid 19 delays, delayed by a natural disaster).
*You can submit return requests within 48 hours of receiving your products. You can do it by sending a message on the contact page.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are approved for a refund then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
