WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?
We ship to Most States in the United States.
Due to State rules and regulations in the ongoing Youth Prevention efforts, we are unable to process or ship any orders to the states of Arkansas, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Maine, Massachusetts and Vermont.
For the City of San Francisco, we are unable to ship any Disposable Vape to customers located within the city due to local regulation regarding the sale of vaping products.
There is a 24 hour processing time for all orders, we try to ship orders out as quickly as possible.

USPS Priority (standard shipping) 3-4 business days* in transit.

You will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 48 hours, please contact us.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a return and reshipment for ordered products if:

We do not issue a refund if:
Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Puffholic (e.g. covid 19 delays, delayed by a natural disaster).
For sanitary and safety purposes, disposable vape items are NON RETURNABLE if opened or used.
Return Shipping Cost
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are approved for a refund then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
Please do not send your purchase back to us until we aprove your return.
